About the Role
We have vacancies within our South Hambleton and North Ryedale team. Bases include Kirkbymoorside and Pickering.
The Community Nursing teams comprise of motivated professionals delivering highly skilled nursing care to patients in
their own homes.We have close working networks with our hospital, social and primary care colleagues to support patients
to stay in their homes and avoid hospital admission.
The geography varies depending on your base as we have teams in the City of York, Selby District, Tadcaster or more
rural bases in the Pickering area and Easingwold. The views are spectacular. Each day you will work autonomously,
