Organon is hiring an experienced Packaging Engineering Project Manager to join our world-class manufacturing site in

Cramlington, Northumberland. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of advanced packaging solutions-driving

and leading the design, installation, and commissioning of multiple new packing lines as part of a major capital site

expansion, while ensuring full compliance with GMP, SHE, and regulatory standards.

This role involves travel to equipment vendors across the EU for design reviews, progress checks, and Factory Acceptance
