Harvest Workers/Pickers

About the Role

This recruitment drive is for a four to six week period starting around the second week of September. The wage will be

National Living Wage, with overtime paid after 48 hours in any one week with the expected working hours to be Monday to

Friday 07:30 until 16:30 and 07:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays although this may vary dependent on weather conditions.

The work involves physical labour in any kind of weather. You will be picking apples, either onto a machine or into a

picking bucket attached to your front. You will need to be physically fit and mobile, with the ability to carry up to

fifteen kilos for a short distance. Training will be provided and a supervisor will be on hand to monitor performance
