About the role
To supervise the hygiene team on the respective shift ensuring they are suitably trained to complete required hygiene
tasks to meet business demands, attaining and maintaining highest standards of hygiene. To actively promote a team
working environment within the hygiene department. Undertake hygiene duties where required during the shift. Completion
of post cleaning audits and daily swabbing regime.
