Staff 360 is recruiting farm machinery operators for Australia’s 2026 seasonal cropping and harvest programs, covering

the full production cycle across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA.

Work is available immediately for suitable candidates, with the main seasonal flow as follows:

* Pre-seeding & summer cropping — from February onwards

* Cotton harvest & general cropping — through autumn and winter
