About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2026 on a fixed term contract for up to 8
months. If you are looking for a driving role with a difference, join us in the Kent countryside.
What does the job involve?
The role is based in Farningham however, your duties will include driving to several Watts Farms field locations across
Kent & Essex.
The role includes irrigation, harvesting, planting and crop covering in addition to supervisory duties of the harvest
