About the Role
Working Location: Northampton, United Kingdom
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily inbound (receiving, QC, put-away) and outbound (picking, packing, dispatch) operations for the
warehouse, achieving ≥ 99.5 % inbound/outbound timeliness.
2. Lead, schedule and appraise 10–15 team members (receivers, FLT drivers, pickers, packers); foster a safe,
high-performance, continuous-improvement culture.
